Nusa Dua, Bali, is not only known for its gorgeous beaches, but it will also host a prestigious international event. From 19 to 21 November 2024, Hotel Merusaka Nusa Dua will host World Public Relations 2024, a global conference that brings together PR professionals and experts from around the world.

The event will be an important platform to share the latest knowledge, strategies and trends in the world of public relations. Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to distinguished keynote speakers, take part in informative panel sessions, and network with industry peers from various countries.

While enjoying the beauty of the beaches in Nusa Dua, conference participants can utilise their free time to explore the various beach destinations around. Here are some beaches worth visiting while in Nusa Dua:

1. Ungasan Melasti Beach

Melasti Beach is located in Ungasan Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency. The beach is surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. With the view of the limestone cliffs, many visitors use it for pre-wedding photos.

To enter this beach, visitors only need to pay a ticket worth IDR 8 thousand per person. If you are bored of looking at the sea, visitors can also watch the kecak fire dance performance which is available every Saturday and Sunday afternoon at 18.00 WITA.

2. Pandawa Beach

Pandawa Beach is located 3 km from the Nusa Dua tourist area and Uluwatu Temple. This beach is often referred to as Secret Beach because of its location hidden behind a row of rock hills.

Similar to Melasti Beach, Pandawa Beach is also surrounded by white sand cliffs and has a sunset view that spoils the eyes.

3. Geger Beach

Geger Beach offers various facilities such as snorkelling, swimming and surfing. Geger Beach has clean and stunning white sand. Tourists who want to enjoy Geger Beach will be charged a ticket price of IDR 5,000. Meanwhile, this beach is open every day for 24 hours.

4. Segara Samuh Beach

This beach is located in front of Melia Bali Nusa Dua Hotel. Samuh Beach is not too crowded, and is famous for its sunset. In addition, there is the Bali Underwater Cultural Park, an underwater park that is a place of conservation of Balinese culture and marine biodiversity.

Meanwhile, Segara Samuh Beach is also suitable for tourists who want to relax and find peace. This beach is professionally managed by the Badung Regency Government.

5. Nusa Dua Beach

Nusa Dua Beach is famous for its white sand. In addition, the beach area in Nusa Dua is also well maintained and clean. Meanwhile, there is no entrance fee charged to visitors of Nusa Dua Beach.

However, there is a fee charged if tourists want to watch Devdan Show at Nusa Dua theatre or want to play golf at Bali National Golf Club.
